Who Am I?

Who Do I Work With?
I work with people who have busy lifestyles, but also have a drive to achieve their own personal fitness goals. This could be eating healthier, overcoming a fear of getting in the gym, building muscle, weight loss or wanting to complete a challenge. At LNF I focus on mindset, education and empowering you to achieve your goals.
My Personal Journey:
I started training in a gym around 8 years ago. I had a terrible relationship with food, and I’ve tried every fad diet going, resulting in both my mind and body seriously suffering as a result. I was scared to use weights in any gym as I found it overwhelming, and I was very shy and withdrawn. I started bodybuilding style training after finding a PT who was a bodybuilder herself. However, I had no confidence and couldn’t imagine stepping on stage in a bikini and heels!
Fast forward a few years and my new lifestyle had built the confidence I needed to get on that stage. I absolutely love it up there and enjoyed the routine and structure that bodybuilding provides. My relationship with food drastically improved and my body became the healthiest it’s ever been. I have competed multiple times winning my class and placing 3rd in the British Finals.
I decided that I wanted to find other people who were stuck in that cycle of unhealthy eating/dieting, fear and uncertainty around nutrition and fitness; help them to achieve their goals and empower them to make permanent changes to their lifestyle. I qualified as a PT and Nutrition Advisor and so Lift and Nourish to Flourish Coaching (LNF Coaching) was born!

Who Do I Work With?
I coach individuals who want to take control of their health, performance, and mindset — whether that means improving strength, enhancing athletic performance, losing fat, rebuilding after injury, or gaining confidence in and out of the gym. My approach goes beyond training plans; it’s about building confidence, consistency , and lifestyle change.
My Story
My journey into fitness began back in 2014. I’d had to leave university due to illness, which took a huge toll on my mental health, and the gym became my escape. Training really helped me feel better in myself and gave me confidence which had been stripped away .
Through that experience I realised how important a role exercise can play in improving your mental as well as physical health and that’s what inspired me to become a coach.
In 2022, after a stay in hospital, I made a decision to not let fear of failure hold me back. I stepped out of my comfort zone, hired a coach, and pushed myself to new levels , i did a photoshoot which led into me competing in Men’s Physique bodybuilding. These experiences taught me first-hand the importance of mindset, structure, and having someone in your corner.
Joining LNF Coaching is the next step in that journey, allowing me to reach more people to transform their lives, build confidence, and realise what they’re truly capable of.
